Any tips on who or where in Destin? This%26#39;ll be oir first trip there in August.

Where are you staying? There are several locations on the beach.

Check the tourist magazines/brochures when you get there. I remember one that offered 1/2 price if you go before 11 am. We used Gilligan%26#39;s and had a great time. I was surprized how much they book up - sometimes you have to book for the next day. do shop around - prices vary quite a bit.

We%26#39;re staying at the Holiday Inn, and thanks to all who replied! Seems liek so much to do, so little time...

You should be able to find Parasailing right off the beach very close to the Holiday Inn. I would just look both directions when you go to the beach or ask at the front desk.

There use to be a place right east, (walking distance), of the Holiday Inn, but I am not positive if it is still there.

Just east of the Back Porch there is an operator renting jet skis and parasail rides. They%26#39;ll bring you out to the boat on a jet ski.

Gilligans does have discount coupons in the visitor guides.

There is another on the Harbor next to the Lucky Snapper, not sure of the name.
