Xmas weather is a crap shoot; you never know what you%26#39;re going to get and it can change from day to day literally.

It could be sunny and warm, sunny, but cold, or cloudy, rainy, and very cold.

You must be prepared for all seasons when traveling to Orlando at Xmas time of year.

Be prepared for all weather types. Most of the time the Christmas season has pleasant weather!!! We don%26#39;t usually have to break our jackets or coats until January or February. Be prepared for chilly nights though. You have picked a great time of the year to come to Florida! It%26#39;s a little crowded at Christmas though... Make reservations for restaurants!

The weather was on the cool side this last late december in Orlando; highs in the upper 60%26#39;s (farenheit--sp?), lows in the low 40%26#39;s. Usually, its a little warmer, though there was little rain that I remember this time.

Hi Eddie, how%26#39;s the weather at the moment, I hear temps are a bit lower than usual. Considering all the past comments about how awful it is in July it seems like its gonna be just right.

Temps have been in the low 90%26#39;s during the day and humid. Haven%26#39;t seen the high 90%26#39;s yet thankfully. It%26#39;s still hot but bearable I guess. Started getting our usual afternoon thunderstorms a couple weeks ago.

I still maintain the claim that it gets hotter in South Georgia (Savannah) than it does here! A normal summer day there is high 90%26#39;s or 100 degrees! I%26#39;ve yet to see Orlando get THAT hot!

Bring a mix of light clothes you can layer. A few short sleeve shirts, a few long sleeve shirts, a pullover or cardigan sweater or sweatshirt, and a lightweight, water resistant jacket (preferrably with a zip-out liner) and you%26#39;ll be all set. The pools at most hotels are heated, so you can bring swimming gear as well. Most days you won%26#39;t be cool at all, but in the evenings, especially if there%26#39;s a breeze out, can be a little chilly.

December is the coldest month of the year in Florida. Average temp. 68-70 deg. F. Went once for Christmas, would never go again.COLD!!!!

I disagree that December is the coldest month. Over the past 6 years January and February have been the coldest months, not December. That doesn%26#39;t mean that December can%26#39;t be chilly. Bring some light weight long sleeved clothing and jackets.

(I can%26#39;t believe a New Yorker was complaining that 60%26#39;s and 70%26#39;s are cold weather! Better than a foot or two of snow that a lot of states have in December!)

How cold does it get in February as we%26#39;re planning on going Feb 14th - 25th? I don%26#39;t like it when it%26#39;s hot and would prefer it a bit on the cool side but not cold.

February is a hit or miss for cold fronts. Sometimes it%26#39;s very cold, especially at night. I think it%26#39;s colder than December. But often it%26#39;s warm enough to go to the beach! Maybe not to get in the water, but pleasant enough to enjoy the beach. You can rest assured it won%26#39;t be too hot!
