We are going to Disney the day after Easter and staying til Sat, we are staying offsite at Parkway International(any comments on quality?)

Know its going to be very crowded throughout our stay but timing was best we could do. Looking for tips on how to manage our time.

Thanks.

Can you get ahold of an ';Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World';? They%26#39;re sold at bookstores like Borders or Barnes %26amp; Noble. You won%26#39;t have time to read it but they have touring plans in the back that you can clip out and carry with you. Just put a line through any attraction you are not interested in, get to the parks at least 20 minutes before they open and follow the recommended order. Browse any shops you want to, go to the bathroom when you want to etc. They%26#39;ve invested a lot of time in studying crowd flow and this will help you avoid the crush as much as possible.

If you can%26#39;t get an unofficial guide, subscribe to tourguidemike.com and print out his sample touring plans and look over the April express planner. YOu really need a little more time to make the most use of his site but it is still worthwhile. There is a $3 discount for subscribing through the disboards.com or using the discount code found on mouseforless.com. Use the forums there and tell people that you are leaving asap, just subscribed and need help. They%26#39;re very nice and you%26#39;ll get help.

Getting to the parks just a bit before opening is hugely important. YOu%26#39;ll go through a security check before going through the turnstiles to get in. Allow plenty of time to get to the Magic Kingdom. You%26#39;ll park and have to catch a ferry or a monorail to get to the MK.

At the very least: Epcot - do Soarin%26#39; first if the stand-by line is short, otherwise grab a fast pass and come back. Use this same system for Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom (brand new, might not be fully opened - if it is, the fast passes will all be gone fairly early in the day. Do you have kids with you? If their heart is set on riding Dumbo, do that 1st. It is the slowest line in all of Disney World. Do Fantasyland and get out as fast as you can. It is surrounded by concrete and becomes a crowded reflector oven as the day progresses. No dumbo? Then head to Space Mountain or do Splash Mountain first. Use the same technique at MGM - grab a Tower of Terror fast pass as you rush to Rockin%26#39; Rollercoaster. Try to ride Star Tours during one of the Indiana Jones shows. Star Tours gets super busy just before or just after the show.
