Fireworks show by WDW

Can anybody remark on if there still is a fireworks show in Walt Disney World at night?

For years, I have been brought up with images of massive fireworks shows above the park and Im wondering, due to my imminent holiday(which I paid for today in total - empty pockets), where and when?

Any location on the WWW for info?

Cheers

There arer three massive fireworks shows at WDW-Wishes at the Magic Kingdom,Illuminations at Epcot and Fantasmic at MGM. Go to www.disney.com,click on the calendar for Walt disney World and click on the day (days)you will be there. That will tell you the time for each show at each park. Great debate on this forum as to which is the greatest show.

Hello bertie,

Yes! There are beautiful fireworks at WDW! Don%26#39;t miss ';Wishes'; at the Magic Kingdom and is displayed rain or shine. Epcot offers Illuminations at 9:00 each evening. And MGM offers the Fantasmic show which is a firework, fountains, lasers, and other special effects.

Don%26#39;t worry, they still have fireworks at Magic Kingdom (Wishes) and Epcot (IllumiNations). Pretty much every night, if not every single night, though weather permitting, I guess. They also have limited fireworks at MGM during Fantasmic. There are some back posts on people debating which is better--IllumiNations or Wishes (Wishes is fireworks and the castle lighting up and Tinkerbell on a zip line, while IllumiNations involes other visual elements along with fireworks.

A recent post showed how to look online for fireworks times on a certain day. In my experience, Wishes occurs at 9pm or 10pm, depending on the time of year, but that could be changed as well.

Spectromagic, the night Magic Kingdom parade, is also not to be missed, though it may not happen every single night.

Didn%26#39;t know Wishes was rain or shine. Of course, I%26#39;ve never been when it rained, either.

For info on the web about Disney, check these websites:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/index

Go to the calendar page to see the exact times of fireworks show for the particular parks on specific days.

Gives good information about lots of things Disney.

Your all a great help. Found out everything I need to know.

I have been at Disney, both at the MK and at Epcot, when the fireworks were cancelled due to rain. But it was the torrential thunderstorm kind of rain, not just a light rain. If it%26#39;s just a light rain, the show goes on.

The best place for up to date info on the Disney fireworks schedule is the calendar on Disney%26#39;s website. Select the park you want, then the month you want. Click on the day you are interested in, and the schedule will come up.

Okay then after you see the fireworks, you have to report back to TA which one YOU like the best!(I like Wishes)
