first timer

can someone please give me some examples of the excursions on offer as we from uk and i dont wanna spend all this money on a holiday to be bored for 2 weeks

first timer

Consider a boat tour to Egmont Key and dolphin/shelling tours. Tampa has a very nice aquarium. There are gambling boats and fishing charters that leave out of John%26#39;s Pass in Madeira Beach (www.johnspass.com).

Louise - you do know that September is hurricane season in the Carribean.......

Watch the group you use to go to Egmont Key. We had a HORRIBLE one! They left out of St Pete Beach. But I heard the one out of Johns Pass was nice. Also, we LOVED the dinner cruise around St Pete Beach. IT cost us about $125 USD for just two but we really splurged on it! Steph

Louise,

We have stayed in St Pete Beach over 20 times and never been bored, you don%26#39;t say how old you are or what your interests are but here are some things you can do:

1. Busch Gardens

2. Prime Outlets Ellenton

3. Sarasota, Venice Beach etc

4. Pass-a-Grille

5. John%26#39;s Pass.

6. Fort de Soto

7. St Petersburg Pier

8. Ybor City in Tampa

9.International Plaza and Westshore Plaza Malls in Tampa

10. Beach Theater in Corey Avenue

There are numerous great restaurants there too.

If you post where you are staying I can make some recommendations

Family looking for April 17th break. One week in Florida (Ft. Laud or St. Pete%26#39;s

Info on hotels(recommended for children 7 and 9) appreciated.

Thanks

IF you have the entertainment book, use the discount and you might be able to get 50% off at Tradewinds. Not sure how booked they are. But worth a shot! They have child camp programs there. Or so does Don Cesar. I havent stayed at either of these yet, seem them both and they look nice but with 4 kids of my own, using their camp programs looked like a nice idea to get some free time with hubby! They are on ST Pete Beach, Steph
