Shepards Tiki Bar

Is Shepards Tiki Bar still the hot place to go in Clearwater. I know they use to have drink special all day plus the bikini contest just about everyday. Going there in late March, so keep me informed. ( Clearwater)

Shepards Tiki Bar

Yes, absolutely still one of the Hot Spots in Clearwater, and they recently re-opened the nightclub ';The Wave';.

Shepards Tiki Bar

My boyfriend and I stayed at Shephard%26#39;s in late January and really enjoyed our stay. The Tiki bar is a great place for live music and strong drinks. The nightclub (The Wave) was closed for renovations while we were there but has since opened. From what we could see, it looked pretty fun. Definitely worth checking out!

I cant stand this place! Every time I have been there, their is always been someone who either had to much to drink, or on GHB and on top of that was to sunburned and then past out and 911 had to be called. VERY VERY young and obnoxious crowd.

To each their own I guess. Although, if you do any research, Shephard%26#39;s is definitley known as a party place. While we were there we didn%26#39;t see any extremely drunk young people getting carted off to the hospital. It was a nice scene with people having fun, dancing and yes, drinking.

People go to Shephard%26#39;s go there to party - and those that are looking for a quiet, subdued evening should go somewhere else. If it%26#39;s not your scene, I%26#39;d suggest going to one that is - I find it amazing that some people can complain about people having fun and then instead of finding a place better suited to their interests they just return and complain some more. If you read any reviews about Shephard%26#39;s the number one complaint is the noise - so there shouldn%26#39;t be any surprsie as to what kind of place it is - for families with children I wouldn%26#39;t recommend it - but for people (of all ages) who enjoy partying then this is a great resort.

Very dissappointed in Shepards Beach Resort. Was at Clearwater early April and was looking forward to sitting at the Tiki bar on Saturday afternoon. When we got there they wanted $10 dollars to park then additional $7 dollars per person to walk int the place. I guess the great big parking garage they built needs paid off. Went up to the Palm and had a great time with no cost(parking or cover).
