hi

myself and the girlfriend are going to orlando in less than 48 hours and we were wondering what is the bag or weight limit on return from america? we were thinking of bringing a bag each but also a spare bag each for return because we really wanna shop big on clothing,presents,etc over there.

Contact your airline alternatively it may say on your itinary or your tickets. You don%26#39;t say which part or Ireland you are from Northern or Southern but consider that there are limits to the cash value of things you can bring back into the UK so if your luggage coming back is much heavier than going out customs might smell a rat. Also take all price tags off and make the stuff look worn just in case you get searched on the way back.

checked the tickets and the baggage allowance is just a blank and the kg box is also blank inside

Does your airline have a website? When I flew Virgin last year, all the baggage info was on their website.

I%26#39;m travelling with Delta on friday, from Shannon - their baggage allowance is 2 bags per person with a max. weight of 22.5kg per bag.

our airline for friday is monarch, i think they are an english airline,but we are flying with them from dublin to orlando.

Recently I know several airlines, both domestic and international have reduced weight limits to 50 pounds check in (2 bags each) and 40 pounds/45 inches carry on. But I know each airline is different, so for sure check with who ever you are flying with. We saw several people pay hefty fines for being over the limit on our last trip.

If you%26#39;re flying with Monarch the are a charter airline so baggage allowence is only 20kg pp.if on the way back yoor luggage is overweight they will charge you for evey overweight kilo you have.TIP

Take a small suitcase each(the smallest 1 you can buy)and put it in the overhead lockers.I usually put all my girley toiletries that can weigh a lot and also my shoes in my one.You%26#39;d be amazed how much space and weight this will save.I would still ring your travel agent to double check or check the booking conditions in the brochure.Hope this helps

hi porticmakaveli, i%26#39;m in florida now just sending email home. we flew to sandford from dublin last friday with monarch, the weight is only 20kg i know as i was being charged 120 euro over weight but in the end got them down to 70 euro so be careful dread what it%26#39;s going to be like when we are coming home. have a great trip weather is hot.
