hi there i was just wondering if any one can tell me what kind off weather we can expect in early september this year ? also if any one can comment on the work being done on the pointe orlando shopping centre i.e will it be finished by september

The weather in September is still hot but not as hot as the middle of summer.We had a little rain each afternoon. We have been twice in mid September and prefer it because of the weather and smaller crowds.

Its sunny and warm, as earlier reply its rains but its different and when finished its warm again.

Plus the Qs are what 10 mins max 2 mins on an express pass.

Just remember, however, there is a major American holiday the first weekend of Sept (dates are the 1st to the 4th this year) and the theme parks will be very crowded that weekend.

From probably the 5th of September through the rest of the month though, you%26#39;ll have low crowds (except for weekends which are more crowded anytime of year).

Hot and humid. The attendance is down,so Disney responds by shortening the operating hours and taking some attractions off-line. Epcot always is open til 9Pm, but you should plan on an early arrival at the other parks.

Hi! They are correct, crowds are low here that time of year. It is an excellent time to visit! On the other hand, do keep in mind that September is a prime month for hurricanes. However most hotels tend to be very good to guests during the hurricans. Disney and Rosen Hotel(Rosen being across from Point Orlando) are two examples of this. Many locals and evacuating coastal residents may also move into Central Florida hotels for shelter. If something comes up, there is of course time to prepare. Visitors should be fine...it%26#39;s just the flights out/in that could be delayed. It often rains in the afternoon in the summer (July to Sept) after 3pm, but usually just an hour or so.

Point Orlando is still open for business for the most part. Haven%26#39;t been by there in a few weeks...not certain on the status of the entire project. We normally only go for the movie theatre.

I%26#39;ve been in early September 4 times over the years and the temperature is always in the high 80%26#39;s or low 90%26#39;s, add on humidity and it can feel like a hundred degrees! I found that any T-storms tend to occur between 3 and 5pm. I think it%26#39;s the best time to go, but then again I love T-storms so I%26#39;m a bit biased! ;o)

Hot and Sticky with maybe just the hint of a hurricane. September is still part of the hurricane season, and if last year is anything to go byt, I would either opt for February, before the waters reach their peak temperatures or perhaps late November
