what is one of the nicest hotels on the beach centraly located to the main strip of restaurants and action for adults (30 - 35). we will be coming either late august or mid september.

The nicest beach hotel is probably the Hilton at Sandestin. And there are some partying bars at Baytowne Wharf - check out the Back Door.

That late in the summer usually means very few kids around (except Labor Day wknd), so any of the condo%26#39;s/hotels should be OK.
