June weather?

Hi everyone! I am going to Disney June 3-10....Is the weather going to be brutal?

I honestly don%26#39;t care either way because I am so excited to go...but I would love to be prepared.

It%26#39;s going to be hot and humid, vacation-worthy.

Hot, humid, and a chance of rain sometime in the day, every day.

Temps will be in the upper 80%26#39;s to mid-90s. Humidity will be pretty high (the worst part if you ask me), which will make it feel even hotter.

Drink lots of fluids and find a cool place to be during the middle of the day; mornings and evenings will be much more pleasant.

The sun is also hotter down here (than even Atlanta); you notice a bigger difference between the sun under a cloud and not than anywhere else I%26#39;ve been. Gay days will correspond to the first part of your trip, I think.

Yes Eddie K....Gay Days do correspond...what will be going on those days? Will it be super crowded and should we avoid the parks? What do you suggest?

Others know better than me personally. Touringplans.com rates those days as 7 and 8 (out of 10; these are projections of how busy the days at Disney will be), which is still a better bet or no worse than much of the summertime. You can check out these here:

We travelled to Florida last June also. The weather was very hot and humid (drink plenty of water) even when it was cloudy, and it rained every afternoon we were in Orlando. We also spent a few days in St Petes beach......the temps here were even hotter than Orlando and it didn%26#39;t rain at all in the three days we were there.

I would recommend taking a hat as the sun beats down relentlessly on your head (gave me headaches). I also ended up burning my scalp which was not pleasent!!!

We are also going around those dates and as for gay days if Im not wrong it ends on June 4 There is a website with more info as to their itinery, forgot the name but Im sure you could do a search on it. I did have notes to myself not to attend EP or AK on the 4th for that reason. Its up to you, of course what ever you are comfortable with. I have not seen anything about gay days events at Universal parks so that may be an option for those days.....
