can anyone tell me a good clean budget hotel on i drive?im coming over next summer with my partner and after reading the reviews of some of the places im getting a little worried.not booked anywhere yet but would be grateful for any info!

Best Western Plaza International is a good one, not the cheapest but in the nicest part of I Drive, I have stayed there 20 odd times it is clean and convenient.
Buses to parks, good places to eat within walking distance.

it all comes down at the end of the day what your budget is. but i would say why not try the quality inn international which is nice and in the hub of things or quality inn plaza near the convention centre is nice as well.

The quality inn plaza is in a decent area of I drive and probably meets your requirements.
We just stayed at the masters Inn on I-drive. It is one of the cheapest hotels along there and seemed to have the best reviews so we gave it a shot. Not top quality, but it did have a small fridge and microwave. For the money it was not bad.
We have stayed in both the Quality Inn Plaza and the Best Western Plaza, Best Western was definitely better. This year we are staying at the other end of International Drive I-Drive Inn, which has very mixed reviews. Oh well only 4 weeks to go and we will see for ourselves
