Yes, last year for a week. The location is truly as good as it gets in Fl. The hotel is nice, don%26#39;t expect glitz and glamour. It is quiet and clean but not what one would call a four star resort. The pool and beach area are great. In addition, the lawn, as you see in the pictures, is an added bonus, it is one of a kind and a nice place to hang out at night or to read a book in the shade. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are decent, not especially impressive, the appliances and utensils (pots, pans, etc.) are equally decent. I would highly recommend the hotel with the caveat that there truly are many other nicer more expensive hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area but none that offer the value coupled with location of the Villa Caprice. In other words, the Villa Caprice offers the $5,000 a week location and experiences for the $3,000 a week price. If you have any further questions, don%26#39;t hesitate to ask.

Glitz and glamour is NOT what we want....we want something smaller, simple and clean ON THE BEACH.

And for a lot less than $3000 a week! Is that what you paid there? I was quoted much less....

I got the two bedroom deluxe with three baths during Easter week and I was including taxes which came to $2,874.

If you%26#39;re not looking for the glitz and glamour then this is definitely the place to go. Hands down.

In addition, it is in an excellent location regarding access to the highway, downtown, and other attractions. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and good restaurants right down the street.

Sounds perfect...we only need a hotel room or an efficiency for the two of us...and something not too far a drive from Mets training camp in Port St. Lucie...so this is under 2 hours from there. Hoep we can book it!
