Hi. What are your thoughts on these condos. They look very nice. Does anyone know anything about them...are they considered to be in a good area....etc.? We are thinking of one....thank you.

If you are thinking of buying, prices might be cheaper this summer. Mortgage Rates are going up and some people over extended in the buying frenzy. JMHO.
