Has anyone resently stayed at, or have any information, the St. Tropex Resort in Ft. Lauderdale? The address is 725 N Ft Lauderdale Blvd. I understand it has gone through some renovations within the last few months. Any info would help...thanks!

I%26#39;m not aware of any major renovations there, though I really don%26#39;t pay much attention to it on my drives down the beach. From what I recall, I couldn%26#39;t recommend it to anyone- pretty run down. If you are looking for a reasonable accomodation that is not ill cared for, look into the Tropi Rock , which is a block off the beach and much, much nicer.
