Siesta Dunes Accomodations Advice

I%26#39;ve seen the Siesta Dunes recommended on this site, it looks nice on their website. Can anyone recommend any particular building or unit. Would like to be close to beach %26amp; looking for nice clean unit with good a/c. Does the pool get noisy, do I need to stay away from units close to the pool? Planning on trip over Labor Day with 3 kids under 11. Originally, thought of Anna Maria but someone advised to look into Siesta Key so going back %26amp; forth to decide. Would love any suggestions. Also checked out Tropical Shores website %26amp; am considering that too. Thanks!

Siesta Dunes Accomodations Advice

Hi, Jerseygirl1:

I think your children / family would enjoy Siesta Dunes. We used to rent two or three units at a time there with grown children / grandkids. One of our favorites was a first floor unit (easy in and out all day for the kids) not far at all from the pool. We were never bothered by pool noise. Their pool is round and not real deep, but the youngsters have a great time with it. This is the contact for the unit I mentioned.

That owner used to have several other units as well...don%26#39;t know if she still does. If her first floor unit is booked, keep looking...there are many nicely renovated units at Siesta Dunes. VRBO.com and vacationrentals.com are two of our favorite search sites. Just be sure to determine whether you are looking at a condo that is actually Gulf View or one that is Garden View. The garden units are less expensive and most are pleasant, but you will not be looking directly at the water.
